  2. Shred Mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
  3. Warm up a pan (low heat).
  4. Cut a slice of butter and place into the pan.
  5. Crack 2 eggs and pour them into the pan.
  6. Drop ham strips into the pan.
  7. Pour shredded cheese into the pan.
  8. Pour a small bit of black pepper into the entire pan.
  9. Mix contents with a wooden spoon.
  10. Keep mixing until everything is mixed and cooked well.
  11. Turn off the stove heat.
  12. Grab 2 slices of wheat bread.
  13. Using a spoon, scoop up scrambled eggs and place onto each bread slice.
